Can I get free beats?

Very rarely will I give out any beats for free. If you wuld like to be considered, contact me with a link to hear what you're capable of, and I MIGHT consider it. I do NOT open emails with attachments!

How do I pay?

Once you have picked the beats you like, to pay through Paypal, go to my Shopping Cart and select the beats you want. Once your payment is complete, you will see a link to instantly access your download page where you can download all of your audio files. (NOTE: The link is only good for ONE hour and/or FIVE DOWNLOAD ATTEMPTS PER FILE!! If you have problems, contact me) Otherwise, contact me stating which beats you would like and we can go from there.

How do I give credit to the Producer?

In all projects in which any credits are given be sure to give credit in substantially one of the following formats:
"Produced by Chuck Nemeth for B.A.G. It Up Ent."
"Original Music byChuck Nemeth for B.A.G. It Up Ent."

What do you use to make your beats?

Go to my about page, theres a list on my equipment

 

Do you use samples?

Rarely. Most of Chuck's beats are made using copyright-free sounds, so you don't have to worry about clearing any samples. If a sample was used, it will be stated.

Are beats removed from the site once bought?

Not unless Exclusive Rights are purchased.

What if two different people buy the same beat?

If two different people buy Non Exclusive Rights to the same beat, they can still each copyright their own song they make with that beat, and sell, distribute, perform and broadcast that song, keeping all their own royalties.

When you purchase a beat from Chuck, the copyright for that beat still belongs to Chuck. However, the copyright for the song that you make with that beat, your lyrics combined with that beat, belongs to you. And, with the rights granted by the Chuck license agreement, you are allowed to sell, distribute, perform and broadcast that song, keeping all of the royalties(Non Exclusive ONLY).

What if my song becomes a hit and I want you to stop selling the beat?

If you want me to stop selling a beat, then contact me and I will be willing to work out a deal.

 

Can you make me a beat?

If you would like custom production, then contact me and I will be willing to work out a deal.
